CONSUR B 2013

This year’s tournament is being held in Ascunsion, Paraguay. The teams are Paraguay (defeated by Brazil in 2012 for the CONSUR A-B playoff), Venezuela, Colombia and Peru. Interestingly there was no promotion-relegation between CONSUR B-C in 2012 where Costa Rica took out the title there.

The winner (Paraguay is the hot favourite) will face Brazil (last in CONSUR A) in a playoff later in the year.
